On submission of your registration a confirmation will be emailed to you, with your tax invoice/receipt.

11.75 RANZCR CPD POINTS

11.75 RANZCR CPD points can be claimed for attendance at the AMSIG Annual Meeting on 8-9 May 2021.

Terms & Conditions

Payment

Payment can be made on invoice by direct credit (account details will be included on your invoice), or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Events. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST of 10%. Credit card Payments are processed via Stripe which is a Level 1 Service Provider and is compliant to PCI DSS Version 3.2. Credit Card fee payments are subject to a 1.8% processing fee.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to annie@outshine.co.nz.

No administration fees will be charged for cancellations made prior to 26 March 2021.

Cancellation requests made between 26 March and 9 April 2021 will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of $100. Any cancellations after this date will only be considered for refunds on a case by case basis. You must advise the Meeting Managers in writing by email to annie@outshine.co.nz.

Attendance Certificate:

Please note that in order to receive your attendance certificate, you will need to log into the Virtual Meeting Portal on the weekend of 8-9 May 2021, and follow all instructions to record your attendance at the sessions. 

Viewing Platforms


This event is being delivered virtually, and as such, the Meeting Managers will provide clear guidelines on best-operating systems to use for optimum participation in the event for sponsors, exhibitors and attendees.  The Meeting Managers, will take no responsibility or accept requests for a refund if the guidance for viewing is not followed.

Photography/ Video

The AMSIG 2021 Meeting will be held in a virtual space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some meeting activities. Additionally, the Meeting Organisers may arrange for photos to be taken during the meeting. The Meeting Managers reserve the right to use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. The Meeting Managers may also use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet, with the permission of the Organisers. Meeting attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to the Meeting Managers at annie@outshine.co.nz.

Privacy

Personal information is collected on behalf of the Meeting Managers. A delegate list will be produced for the meeting including name, organisation, state/region and email address. It will be distributed to meeting attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to future organisers of the AMSIG Meeting. This list will not be provided by the AMSIG Executive to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate during the registration process.

Insurance

AMSIG and the Meeting managers will not accept any liability for losses associated with the meeting. Delegates are advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including insurance for personal possessions and financial loss due to cancellation or postponement of the meeting.
